Since launching our sustainability initiative and disclosure program, we have consistently provided annual training and knowledge-sharing opportunities for all our associates, and this year was no different. An impressive 97% of our associates participated in our sustainability training sessions, which covered crucial topics such as defining materiality issues, establishing scope boundaries for greenhouse gas emissions accounting, and exploring key trends in sustainable packaging.
