Since launching our sustainability initiative and disclosure program in 2022, we have consistently provided annual training and knowledge-sharing opportunities for all our associates, and this year was no different. An impressive 97% of our associates participated in our sustainability training sessions, which covered crucial topics such as defining materiality issues, accounting for greenhouse gas emissions, and exploring key trends in sustainable packaging.

In addition, specialized functions within our organization received targeted training, particularly those involved in data collection, analysis, and reporting. These sessions equip our associates with the knowledge to understand how their actions contribute to YFY Jupiter's overall sustainability success.
